Basic ranges between $6,000-$15,000. This project typically takes 1-2 weeks.

Included with this project is:

Advanced ranges between $13,000-$40,000. This project typically takes 2-3 weeks.

Included with this project is:

• treated lumber structure
• concrete piles for posts
• composite deck boards from Timbertech by Azek
• picture frame deck & added designs
• hidden fasteners
• wood or aluminum railing
• waterfall steps

Ultimate starts at $25,000 and varies in price based on custom features. This project typically takes 2-4 weeks.

Included with this project is:

• treated wood structure
• concrete piles
• advance PVC decking and skin from Timbertech by Azek
• aluminum or PVC railing
• waterfall steps
• picture frame deck & accents
• gas line, outlets, & reinforcements for hot tubs, fireplaces, and/or pits

An additional room ranges between $70,000-$130,000 but can vary widely! This project typically takes 2-3 months.

Included with this project is:

• permitting & plan set
• pre-planning process (brainstorming, value engineering, & preparation for a seamless experience)
• daily communication from General Contractor or Project Manager

We offer a kitchen remodel or renovation.

A REMODEL ranges between $33,000-$50,000. This project typically takes 3-5 weeks.

Included with this project is:

• demo to a white box state (only dry wall remaining)
• existing footprint stays the same
• replacement of cabinets (plywood constructed)
• replacement of countertops; flooring and/or tile, lighting, sink, faucet, & trim
• reconnection of all appliances
• paint

A RENOVATION ranges between $50,000-$90,000. This project typically takes 5-7 weeks.

Included with this project is:

• • demo to a white box state (only dry wall remaining)
  • removal of walls (non-loadbearing & loadbearing)
  • major movement of existing layout
  • added blocking for all cabinets
  • replace cabinets (high end lines, customizable doors/colors, crown molding); countertops (high end, group 6-8 quartz, quarzite, or marble); and trim
  • waterfall countertop for islands
  • full stone backsplash
  • under cabinet lights
  • cup rinser, RO system, & pot filler
  • wall paneling, accent wall, wainscotting, faux beams, & crown molding

A REMODEL ranges between $15,000-$25,000 (less than 80 sq. ft. footprint). This project typically takes 2-3 weeks.

Included with this project is:

• demo to a white box state (removal of everything except dry wall)
• minor movement of electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC
• replacement of tub and/or shower, vanity, flooring (LVP), toilet, faucet, shower head, & trim
• basic tile surround (labor provided)
• paint

A RENOVATION ranges between $35,000-$75,000 (greater than 100 sq. ft. footprint typ.) This project typically takes 3-4 weeks.

Included with this project is:

• • demo to a white box state (removal of everything except dry wall)
  • removal of walls to add new
  • major movement of electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC (i.e. add a freestanding tub; additional lighting; & switch out exhaust fans)
  • tile tub/shower surround with niches (specialty patterns include  chevron, herringbone, stacked, sealing of natural stone, etc.)
